I hate to play favorites, but the First Annual Wylder Nation Foundation Living Like a Warrior Gala could very easily the best, most special organization & event to which I have ever contributed.
I have had the pleasure of knowing the Founders, Steven & Shannon Laffoon for over a decade, and the way they choose to live their lives, embodying the warrior spirit, is inspiring to say the very least. I am in awe of them- the mission, the love, and how they so perfectly honor the tragically short but powerful & significant life of their son, Wylder James.
Thanks to a wonderful and generous group of guests, contributors, donors and vendors, we are proud to say we raised nearly $115,000 at the first annual fundraising gala to help research for children with Lysosomal Storage Disorders!
Wylder Nation, thank you!! For our first event, this truly exceeded our expectations. Steven, Shannon, & Wylder Nation Foundation, thank you, THANK YOU for letting me play a small part in this big thing. I am humbled, grateful & inspired to live like a warrior every day, because of you. Can't wait 'til next year!
Check out this AMAZING video from our friends at Elevation Digital Media, which so perfectly captures the big day!
Hats off to our most generous and amazing team of vendor partners that made this event such a great success! We could not have done this without you.
