We have a serious love affair with winter weddings. Living in colorful Colorado, weddings are gorgeous year-round, but there's just something so romantic about creating cozy celebrations in those cooler months!
Since we don't get to plan as many snowy wonderland weddings as we'd like, we decided to curate a little style shoot to showcase a lovely bride & her maids in some gorgeous winter looks with some of our favorite vendors.
This bridal bouquet from A Design Resource was designed with a real elk antler! Can you spot it? It's so very Colorado meets glam. Even though the antler bouquet weighed a ton, we are obsessed with the unique textures and movement in the flower design!
The 2016 pantone colors of the year, Serenity & Rose Quartz perfectly translate in these bridesmaid dresses, we love the tulle and different textures! To pair with the dresses, we needed the perfect accessories. As it happened, I inherited three of the most luxurious vintage fur stoles from my grand mother & great grandmother this past year, and they are everything. Since I don't get the opportunity to wear them nearly enough, I was inspired to utilize them in this shoot... I'd say they worked just perfectly, and I know the ladies of my family would be proud to see them in action!
This mono-bloom bouquet is EVERYTHING!
Actually all of the bouquets are so beautiful in their own right. We love the diversity. They each have their own personality, shape and structure, and incorporating elements like antlers, pinecones, berries, and magnolia leaves make these truly special & unique.
Thanks, as always to our talented and wonderful vendor professional partners who made this all possible!
