LINDSEY MORGAN, Owner & Creative Director
byBello was founded by Colorado native Lindsey Morgan, whose sharp creative direction guides each of our events. Passionate about marrying natural landscapes with distinctive event design, Lindsey has been nationally recognized for her inspired approach, building memorable parties from the ground up. Alongside her masterful team, Lindsey provides each client with a highly personalized experience, leaving both the celebrated and celebrating with an event they’ll remember for a lifetime.

Kate Lead Floral Designer
Kate has been with byBello since its inception in 2013. She is known as the 'crafty one', and manages our in-house floral division; Blooms byBello. After ten years on the team, her a passion for comprehensive design and curating unique and beautiful floral designs still leaves clients and creative partners in awe.

Annie Event Designer
Hailing from Oregon by way of New York City, Annie enters into her eighth season as a byBello Event Designer. In addition to years of work in the bridal fashion space as a stylist, she brings with her enthusiasm, patience and a well rounded design vision. Her strong work ethic and trustworthiness make her a valued team member during large-scale productions to help manage the timeline, and her warm disposition is adored by many of our client's family members during destination events.

Meredith Operations Director
After years of merchandising and styling for top retail companies in the U.S. such as Nordstrom and Restoration Hardware, Meredith came to byBello in 2015. After nine stellar seasons with the team, it is clear that she is a natural when it comes to event design, composing many of our ceremony and reception spaces with unique details and layers of pattern and color. Meredith also shares her eye for design as the lead for our tabletop rental department Bespoke byBello. Her sharp attention to detail and impeccable taste are invaluable.

Kacie Event Designer
Kacie has been working with byBello since 2014 and has produced luxury weddings and events across Colorado, California and Mexico as an Event Designer. With her background and education in photography, Kacie is byBello's in-house aesthetic curator. She uses her keen eye to sift through all of our beautiful images to help curate our galleries, Instagram, and publication submissions. She also always has snacks and water on hand to keep fueling our group during multi-day builds.

Shelby Event Designer
With experience as both a venue coordinator and wedding planner for two well-known Texas based companies, Shelby learned all facets of the luxury celebrations industry and has been sharing them with the byBello team since 2016. With her ninth season ahead, she assists our team with floral design and production for our events in the Mountain West and beyond as Event Designer. When we need something done, we turn to her and her charismatic 'can do' attitude.
What’s in a
NAME?
“Bello” is a nod to Lindsey’s Italian grandmother, the incomparable Isabelle Bello. A picture of resilience and strength, Isabelle moved through the world with her head held high, always adorned in red lipstick, high heels and an array of gold bobbles and bangles. Lindsey credits much of her confidence to her late Nana’s spirit—and her signature encouragement to “cowgirl up!” when times got tough.
